Ausbildung 2026/ practical training (m/w/d) - Einstieg jederzeit möglich

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams stellen wir zum 01.08.2026 oder früher einen Ausbildungsplatz zur medizinischen Fachangestellten zur Verfügung.

Unsere Schwerpunkte sind: Innere Medizin, Notfallmedizin, Kardiologie und Sportmedizin.

Es erwartet dich ein moderner Ausbildungsplatz. Zudem bieten wir dir eine qualifizierte, praxisorientierte und vielseitige Ausbildung.
Du lernst in der dreijährigen Ausbildung alle Bereiche, Abläufe und Aufgaben einer Arztpraxis kennen.

Im Mittelpunkt deiner Ausbildung steht der Umgang mit Patienten, die Organisation des Sprechstundenablaufes und die Behandlungsassistenz.
Du lernst u. a. wie man Patienten vor, während und nach der Behandlung betreut und berät, bei der ärztlichen Therapie zu assistieren, Hygienemaßnahmen durchzuführen, Instrumente und Apparate zu sterilisieren, kontaminierte Materialien zu entsorgen, Patiententermine zu koordinieren und Behandlungsunterlagen zusammenzustellen.
Zudem wirst du an Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben sowie an die Erstellung von Abrechnungen herangeführt.

• Großes Interesse an medizinischen Sachverhalten
• Freundliches Auftreten
• Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
• Organisationstalent und Freude an Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten
• PC-Grundkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

To strengthen our team, we are offering a training position for medical assistants from 01. August 2026 or earlier.

We specialise in internal medicine, emergency medicine, cardiology and sports medicine.

You can except a modern apprenticeship in addition, we offer you a qualified, practice-orientated and versatile apprenticeship.

During the three-year training programme, you will get to know all areas, processes and tasks of a medical practice.

The focus of your training will be on dealing with patients, organising consultation hours and assisting with treatment. You will learn how to care for and advice patients before, during and after treatment, assist with medical therapy, carry out hygiene measures, sterilise instruments and equipment, dispose of contaminated materials, coordinate patient appointments and compile treatment records. You will also be introduced to office and administrative tasks and the preparation of accounts.
